Once we know what your expectations are for your roof we are happy to inspect your roof in order to determine the proper course of action. We provide due diligence inspections as well.

We are able to provide our customers with in-house infrared thermal imagery and analysis which can provide vital information on moisture content trapped within existing roof systems.

Sometimes a complete roof replacement is not in the budget. We are happy to use our knowledge and skills to make roof repairs and complete preventative maintenance to prolong the useful life of existing roofs.

When the time is right to replace your roof we are fully capable to handle the largest projects. We will let you know whether a complete tear off is required or whether a more budget-friendly re-roof is an option. Rest assured, whatever our recommendation is it will comply with building codes and adhere to industry standards. We are single-ply specialists which includes TPO, EPDM, and PVC. We also are skilled in steel deck replacement if the existing steel is rusted or structurally unsound.

We can design, custom-fabricate, and install any coping, gravel-stop fascia, or drip edge that is required to ensure a proper perimeter edge detail. We also provide and install commercial flange-back gutters.
